In our sanitary microbiology laboratory, we analyze food, surfaces and water to determine that they are free of pathogenic microorganisms and are suitable for human contact and consumption. 

This service is mainly aimed at the hotel and restaurant sector, although the general public can request it.

The microbiological and physicochemical analyses that we perform at Biomedical Center de Occidente guarantee the quality of food, surfaces and water in accordance with the sanitary and process standards established in the Mexican legislation.
